You may have to reset your hub by holding down the reset button until the lights flash and see if the app can find the hub
Also could you post your hub stats

Thanks for your reply.
I've tried resetting - made no difference.
Tried to get stats following the instructions but just clears the info and asks me to input again, although it does show on this page that my broadband is connected and Wi-Fi enabled.
