Sky Broadband not working
My broadband is not working. The internet connection is showing as amber. I have have done all the troubleshooting and rebooted multiple times. Please don't share the link to your service tracker either, as it is saying there are no issues. Please help.

Was this the line test you ran:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If nothing was found then your only option is to call Sky.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Brilliant. You share the link I said I didn't need and suggest I call Sky without providing the number.

I have the same issue. The self diagnostic tool says everything is ok, but obviously not, as there are only 2 green lights and 1 amber. This has been happening continuously every day at random times.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
