Socket has been disabled where router was previously connected due to installation of master socket
A sky engineer recently attended my property to check on broadband speeds. He installed a new master socket and disabled the socket where my router was previously connected in my living room. The problem is the master socket has been fitted in a location that isn't ideal. I need the socket where my router was previously connected re-enabled

You will have to call Sky and speak to them about this to see what they say.
