Broadband keeps cutting off 5x a day
Full signal only me and my toddler in our house hold, our broadband runs our tv, and it just cuts out at different times most days, only for 5mins a time but happening daily, yet when I go on my app to check connection it says its fine (by this time it's come back on)

I don't know if you have tried this already so if not try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
