As requested I am returning the Hub and 2 bosters having recently cancelled my subscrition. However the info mentions returning other items such as remotes and HDMI cabes. We had a remote when we subscribed to a TV package some years ago which I'm struggling to find and I can't recall being supplied a an HDMI cable as I tend to use more expensive independent cables. Could Sky still charge me for these smaller items? Would the Sky supplied HDMI cable be easily identifiable?

Find out moreThe communication from Sky is fairly generic: although I can't speak for them I'd say they aren't particularly bothered about cables (apart from external transformers) and a remote would only be relevant to a recently cancelled television service rather than broadband.

Hanks. I'm a stickler for keeping any paperwork that provides an audit trail. However I see from some postings that problems arise even when they've got all the necessary documentation
