Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maddy_123 & @SeanD4 do the lights on your Sky hub change when you lose connection? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start Sky line checker does not pick up line drops for around an hour but Sky's customer servicesx can see the history. Currentlly a minority number of lines will be having issues due mainly to the recent bad weather. The systems are designed so thst the line should be automatically stabilised but thst can take up to 10days while this is happpening Openreaxh are usually unwilling to send out engineers.
If however the hub stays connected but sime devices lose connection that is likely to be bad wifi signal in your home. Symptoms are likely to be variable performance due to interference from neighbours' networks which often gets worse in the evenings. While rebooting the hub can help temporarily tge solution is often psying for a better wifi systdm.

It seems to be signal in my home that's an issue when I've looked on the sky app but supposedly this Internet is " good " but since I've had it, which I got it around 4 weeks ago now, its been awful. I've had a max booster sent out too.

I use ethernet and the lag spikes are horrible when gaming, or even watching streams it constantly buffers etc. It has always been fine until the past week.
