Hub says connected but cannot connect to apps

@Ria6 I assume you have checked tge lights on your hub (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and tgey show the. Hub is connected but no device can access data? There us a fault caused by an issue with the server thst is managing your connection which can usually be cured by powering down the server for an hour.
