Can’t get coverage and impossible to get meaningful help

I have Gigafast and broadband boost with Sky Hub 4.2.

 

i have poor coverage in rooms and areas in my house and it m trying to get some meaningful contact to try and secure boosters, but it appears to be pretty impossible to talk to someone......

 

has anyone has a similar issue,, and if so have they had any success in improving their set up?

@Cof1973 You need to speak to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
