Sky Max hub not onboarded

I had my install on Dec 20th which did not work. An Openreach engineer visited yesterday unannounced and connected the internet. However the Sky Max hub is not visible in my Sky App and the Pod will not connect to the hub. I spoke on the phone to Support yesterday and was told it would be resolved within 24 hours. That hasn't happened, I still can't see the Hub in the app and I can't connect the pod. What's happening, please?

@Davidrawsterne  if it's still not showing in the App you will need to call Sky again. It took me a few calls and eventually speaking to the broadband technical team for them to sort it their end. You could try uninstalling mysky app and reinstalling.

I tried the reinstall, no joy. Thanks for your reply though, I guessed that would be the case but it's nice to have it confirmed.
