Lag and over 300 ping

Continual lagging , ping going from 60 to 300 at times making online activity unstable . Speeds contestantly up and down . We are not reliably getting speeds or consistency that we are paying for .

@Kim133 is this on devices connected by Ethernet cables or over WiFi. If the latter the issue is likely to be due to poor WIFI signal being affected by interference causing packet loss. This is why if you want to play online games Ethernet is always the best connection.

Re: Lag and over 300 ping

No it's on WiFi devices not through cable, I cannot connect all devices through Ethernet cable and the money I pay it should stay stable for gaming an usage on other devices, so frustrating,

thank you for your reply thou

WiFi is an inherently unstable medium, affected by local electronic devices, building materials and even what the neighbours are doing.
