Unstable WiFi connection

Hey all, recently my WiFi became very unstable, making gaming or screen sharing impossible on any of the devices I use, affected are all of my phones / TVs / PCs connected to the network.

I tested it by pinging Google servers and I can see the ping fluctuations and very often packets are lost.
