No broadband since 12.30pm
We've had no broadband since 12.30 pm today (Sunday). When I checked service checker it said there was an outage and they're working on it. Checking it now it says there are no known issues in my area (ME5 Kent). I've run tests and it just throws it out saying oops there's a problem try later. We've tried all suggestions it tells you to try and resolve it, no good. Chat help is as useful as a chocolate mug! Is there anyone else who is having issues too in Medway ME5 or knows there are issues in my area. We've had no Sky Q all day but we assumed it was an outage because that's what status checker said but now I just don't know! Fed and and frustrated!

Sky Q is obviously delivered via a satellite signal to your dish so perhaps there was snow on the LNB, or thick cloud cover which could also affect the signal.

Re: No broadband since 12.30pm
I've woken to broadband being up and running so it seems the issue was with sky although no sources advised that. We've had a sprinkle of snow which very quickly melted so we knew it wasn't that but thank you for your response.
