https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks for the response, I've already checked for outages and run the diagnostics in the MySky app, all came back green. Is there anything else you (or anyone else) would suggest?

Good suggestions. Unfortunately I've tried rebooting the hub and disconnecting/reconnecting two of the devices without any luck 😕

On one of the devices try selecting forget network, restart the device and see if this works.

No changes as far as I know - we joined sky a few months back and haven't changed our package or anything since then.

The network now seems to be up and running, without having done anything different. It must have been a service outage. Thank you for taking the time to respond and for your suggestions, have a good evening.
