Any such limit would be inherent to the WiFi hardware and not something subject to change by an ISP without replacement by a different model.
Which Sky Hub model do you currently have?

The practical limit depends on the type of devices, the number in use at any one timecand pretty obviously the bandwidth of the connection. You can have lots of IOT devices without issue but numbers will drop with say half a dozen users playing online games or streaming viideo at once.
What is you issue? Sky support use the too many devices excuse quite frequently which has a basis in truth but is not a simple limit.
