My pod has arrived but it won't connect to the sky max router.
I have plugged it in near the router to ensure there is a good signal but no success. I have scanned the QR code in the box and tried the manual connection without success many times.
Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Skyuser41 check the pod appears in the My Sky app ss there have been issues where pods have not been added properly. The pods show no lights when connected to the hub and it takes time for the wifi to optimise so dont expect devices to suddenly connect and it isnt something you can directly control.
