Hello. I am new to sky, I got my modem and line activated on the 24th of October 2022, but even though my package says it includes a booster, i have never received one. At the moment, I don't have internet in my kitchen because the signal doesn't reach. Thank you

The boosters aren't sent out automatically
You would need to call sky on 150 from your sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.3
To request them
Remove all the full stops
