So, my Sky broadband went down last night (22 November 2022) for so called 'planned maintenance'. Ever since, all throughout today we've been having incredibly poor internet connection. So much so, that I've had to stop working as it's become unusable. I've restarted and reset my router twice and it's still the same. I'm paying for up to 39mb and I'm getting these speeds. Yet the Sky app is saying there's no issue. I seriously beg to differ. I can't even watch tv now. Pull your finger out Sky, get it sorted and give us the services we are paying for 😡
