I paid my first bill last month and now have a credit on my account which adds up to the amount of my next two bills and this months bill is now £0. I rang sky and they said they cant see anything on their end but it is definitely on my account. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what happens?

Do you mean you manually paid it because the only way you would build up a credit if is you did this when there was no need to due to you having a payment method setup of which Sky will take the payment from you each month, so is this what has happened ?

As for the credit you can either leave it as it will be used to pay your next bill or it can be refunded to you and help for this ca be arranged for you via here for you if you want.
