Unauthorised payment taken

I had a £73 taken from my account last night. I only pay for the £20 broadband and £6 mobile

@RohenLea21  You're not talking to Sky customers services via the forum.  Have you checked your bills onine to see what the charges are for?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your Broadband account and Sky Mobile account are billed separately. Compare the bill to previous bills to see where the differences are ie; chargeable calls on your Sky Talk, calls on Sky Talk lasting over an hour, mobile calls to premium numbers etc.
