How do I order a new viewing card please. I've tried the online help guides but I'm going round in circles. The chip looks like it has been burnt.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NickyR Is the card not working? The 'burnt' look isn't an issue, it's just the colour that the resin holding the chip turns.

It's not been working for about two weeks and I've tried everything they suggest in the help guides and still coming up with an error message.
