Sky tv

My sky isn't working properly for weeks and weeks I have contacted use on numerous occasions and to no avail I NEED someone to call back asap please

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. Sky won't call you back. You need to call Sky or tell us what the issue is in more detail to see if we can help.

Sky won't call ypu back. They don't know who you are from a forum post.  Which Sky platform do ypu have - Sky+, Sky Q etc and what problem are you having?

Perhaps if you explain what isn't working we can offer suggestions.
Have you tried unplugging the box then plugging it back in again?
