i also are having really issues with trying to speak with someone about maybe changing my sky by down grading but upgrading my broadband but now we are thinking of ending sky after 30 years 

what happened to there sky vip phone line ?

when you phone them it was really helpfull but not any more

As practically all Sky customers are VIPs, there's really not much point in one.

 

When you call and the bot asks why you're calling, try 'cancel' or say nothing at all and wait on the line.
