Refund of equipment return

I am in India now Before relocation I had already delivered ur broadband box back to given address But still I haven't got my refund Can you please check n reply on this As I can't call UK numbers from India at the moment

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Do you mean refund for overpayment after account closed?

 

or

 

refund for charge for non return of equipment in which case do you still have your proof of posting?
