Is there a renewals team I can talk to, or hear and understand?

Is there a phone number that will get me through to a UK call centre where I can discuss renewing my TV, BB and phone contracts? 

I say UK as I have been put through to a very noisy Indian call centre who cannot understand me and kept trying to switch me or sell me products I didn't want. 

Sky used to have Scottish call centres,  online chat services and special numbers for VIP customers but that seems to have all gone now.

This may be the final mail on the coffin for me as I don't watch a tenth of the Sky I used to with all the other streaming services around now (especially as the renewal service is saying Signature HD is now £40pm!

Sky only have one phone number which will contact customer services. You get routed to the first available agent, so it could be a UK based agent or it could be an offshore based agent.

I wouldn't bother speaking to them. I have just had the most difficult conversations with the sky team in India. They were clueless and their customer service skills were really bad. I cant wait until my contract is up with Sky as it's becoming too expensive for a much reduced service.

Gotta say I agree. When you used to someone I Scotland, you could understand them, they could understand you, they empathised, they chatted and you always got the impression they would look after you get you the best deal available at the time even if it meant you swapping product. This new CS setup it's all "I can't do that", "that's all it says", "my screen doesn't say that" and "you've been with Sky for 30 years, good for you"
