Sky online is a complete mystery

1 I've changed ID & password, given my last name and get pushed back to start all over again.

2 I'm in Italy with a direct debit on ,y gghastly Itaalian bank

3 I want to replace that direct debit with a direct debit on my Irish bank.

4 In the U the law is that utilities in one member state must accept direct debits on banks in other EU states. That's law but will that AI chatter understand me? No

5 How to I cancel Sky and get a new life?

6 All I have is a TV contract - nothing else and it costs the earth.

Are you a customer of Sky Ireland or Sky Italia?

Yes, unfortunately we can't help with Sky Italia issues - we don't have knowledge of their products and practices.

Curiously I have a sky TV in England where the problems and desires I've mentioned are the same. Please therefore treat me as a UK customer.

So to clarify, you just want to cancel but can't gain access to your Sky ID? You're talking about changing bank accounts etc. but if you're going to cancel is any of that relevant?

 

Have you called Sky to discuss this?

I now merely want to change the direct debit from one bank to another. The question is how to do it.
