Equipment non return charge
I did not receive any texts or emails to return the equipment and I've now missed the deadline and have been charged. Will I get a refund if I return the equipment now? Thankyou

Obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.
Unipart deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

Yes (but you must still return it anyway). Be sure to obtain and keep proof of postage. We may be able to help with getting a refund of the non-return charge.

Hi again,
Please do you know if a refund is offset against your bill or refunded to your bank account?
Operator agreed that we will be refunded once unused new equipment sent back (rather than the old equipment we were supposed to return).
Just a bit worried that I've had to use return box meant for the old equipment as no other arrived.
I have kept proof of postage and tracking says received on 27th March.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
