In what way do you feel you're being ripped off? We understand the lines are busier than normal at the moment but if it's something you think fellow customers can help you with ask away.

Put your phone on speaker whilst you are on hold, then you can continue soing whatever you need to do whilst you are waiting for a customer service advisor to answer the call.
