Thats not going to happen on the back of a post on a public forum.

If you are a new Sky customer the first bill or two will be more than expected, as you need to pay a month in advance so the first few bills will cover a period longer than one month. You can see the billing period on your bill.

If your have actually been doubled charged your best chance of speaking with someone is to either call Sky or raise a complaint (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint).

@Stri3ki

You are not talking to Sky but to other customer but we might be able to help you on here.

Have you made any manual payments recently and then Sky have also taken the payment from you ?

@Stri3ki if you're new to Sky your second bill is due two weeks after the first one, so you'll pay twice in the first month. Thereafter you'll pay monthly.
