Hi sky I forgot to pay and set up a direct debit I will pay it tomorrow morning but until can u please turn it on my alarm and CCTV is off no internet no tv and my grandchildren are not happy with out PlayStation they r upset please being a loyal customer for 26 years also vip just asking for 1 day please can u help me thank u

Unfortunately the Sky process is fully automated, so overdue bills will lead to services being restricted until the bill is paid. Sky don't offer a system based on "promises of future payment".
Once you have paid your bill you will also need to resetup your payment method as your direct debit or card details will likely have been removed from your account when it was restricted due to late payment.
