Help. Have ordered the wrong service and aware thats my error. I just want to cancel the broadband order. Ordered yesterday, and when I ring Sky I'm cut off, put on hold and then cut off or just get fobbed off. Virtual assist and online chat is a waste of space. Is there a number where somebody who can speak sense answers or is there an email address to use? Thanks for any help 🙂
