Hi all I trust all is well and good with you all. I took on the Netflix 2 months free trial which, although I have hardly watched, is coming to an end and I want to cancel it but it would probably be easier deciphering the dead sea scrolls!! I have tried what Ceasarome suggested but there is no means of cancelling offered? As its a free trial it does not show in subscriptions? Tried a few times ringing sky but as yet cannot get through. I am an accessible customer due to disability but have noticed that contact and communication with them when seeking help seems not to have any effect as last time I emailed them and messaged I never received a reply? If I just leave the trial to reach its end will I automatically become subscribed to Netflix?! Anyone got any suggestions please as I am dizzy trying to find an answer? Many thanks all.
