Reduce my bill

I am wondering if there any deals for me to reduce my sky bill. I am paying £50.50 sky digital £33.00 sky tv.

@Kb45  You will need to call sky and discuss your options 

 

any acceptable offer will have to be accepted and the spot and comes with a new 24 month contract

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Your post isn't clear. Are you saying that is what you are paying or are you replying to the OP on a thread started in January (and with a price increase in April)?

If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

It’s apparent that significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

If you decide to move providers remember that in 18 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that time.
