Trying to cintact sky store Telford

I am trying to book a appointment for my mother at Sky store Telford . The web page doesn't work and nobody picks up the phone. 

 

Trying to discuss with customer service the bots don't understand.

The Book In-Store Appointment section does appear to be down. You will have to persevere on the phone or pop in. It appears to open at 0900.
