Change Payment Details

Hi

 

i have been trying to change my payment details as the account I use is now closed. I've 2 different cards but neither works and I get an error.

I get the following message when I submit my card details. I've now tried 2 different cards and get the same message.

You will have to call Sky to see if they can change this for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this issue. I'm trying to change my payment card and getting the same error. Done a search and see theres multiple posts spanning over more than a year of people having the same problem. Clearly a problem on Sky's side as it has been approved at my banks side and managed to get other services sorted with the same card.
