I can't get my bill

Everytime i try go to to billing it doesnt work and says the page is restricted? Does anyone know how i can get my invoice

Yes, Sky can put it right, if you report it to them. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that?

thank you so much, how do i report it? I tried to do the virtual chat but it didn't go anywhere. I can also call haha but i am finding it very frustrating 😂

The Community has its own advisers who can help with this. I've alerted them and one the messaging team  may be able to help you here, for a private, online chat.

 

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page some time today. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
