What special offer are you going to offer to keep my custom . My bill had more or less doubled before my eyes . No notification at all

could discounts have ended you would have been informed when they would at signup , you don't get reminders
you would need to call sky direct and negotiate any offer made that's acceptable must be taken on the spot because it may not be available next time you call
you also need to factor in the April annual price increase

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
