Netflix connectivity

Trying to access Netflix for the 5th night in a row, but just spinning wheel. Ongoing problem, sometimes fixed via online hints, but not now. I pay pretty much full package and customer for 15 years plus, so would like some acknowledgement and even recompense. Can someone reach out to me as its becoming very frustrating and I feel let down given the fees I am paying each month.

As a start, which Sky platform is this on, and how is the device connected?
