Again another episode we can't watch because of the black screen.  This is the 3rd episode now and is so frustrating. When will the issue be fixed please? We pay for a streaming service and only the ads are showing.  Sky stream really isn't as good as Sky Q as we don't get many channels so the ones we do have should at least be fixed asap and working otherwise why are we paying the amount we pay?

No picture but sound

Anyone else losing picture while watching Chicago PD? Happened last week and it's done it again. Gets so far into the program then it's a black screen but can still hear

Apparently there's a whole thread about this somewhere. Basically no, it's not just you. Others are having this issue too.

I'm having the same problem,  I've reset the puck, restarted the puck, checked WiFi and even tried puck on a different TV and still having the issue.

 

Have  emailed the viewing team and am awaiting. Reply.

Hi  

Chicago  pd ... plays to the first ads and then black screen audio is fine.

 

Same happened with episode 5 last week.

 

Plays fine on  sky go. 

 

The  other Chicago med and fire are fine. 

 

What's going on with PD?

Has this been fixed as crazy, I can't find the show anywhere to try & get a picture! 2 episodes watching in the dark, I might as well be listening to the radio & save the subscription fees

What I don't understand is how the first 4 episodes of CPD  were OK and now this. This suggests it can't be a software issue unless they have made some incompatible updates which is a nonsense. I have emailed as suggested previously and also requested a partial refund.  To not even be able to give a timescale for resolution is totally unacceptable especially when they are pushing Sky stream etc
