Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺

I'm going to go a bit leftfield here, as this isn't a show, but a game. Has anyone tried Pictionary on Netflix? We discovered it a few days ago & it's really good fun. I've never played Pictionary before, mainly because I'm not good at drawing ( in one of our games, I drew a bird & gave it four legs ). 2 - 10 people can play, and it can be played on your TV. You need a smartphone or a tablet to do your drawings on & whatever you're drawing magically transfers immediately to the TV. It works really well & the rounds are short, so it's quick to play. When you've played once, it remembers you for the next time you play. We've had a lot of laughs with it & it turns out I'm not as bad as I thought I was at drawing.

We've not played any of the Netflix games, it sounds like you were impressed @Mr+Ripley

What are we looking forward to this year?

Some of the shows for us are:

  • Traitors.
  • Gangs of London.
  • A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (we preferred Game of Thrones vs House of the Dragon) so will be interesting to see where this takes us.
  • Young Sherlock.
  • I'd have said Celeb Big Brother, if ITV hadn't cancelled it this year.
Thanks

Hi @KevNewMedia Like you I am enjoying the current series of Traitors.

I am currently watching:

Life after People

Gold Rush

Doc

Chicago Fire / Med / PD

FBI (all 3)

Tracker (on Disney +)

I have just finished watching Red Eye (Series 2) which was IMHO better than series 1

I'm looking forward to the new series of the following:

Hijacked

SAS Rogue Heroes

Line of Duty

Dark winds

Day of the Jackal

Reacher

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺

@KevNewMedia  I loved Corrie dale what I'd really like to see this year is a channel on sky dedicated to emmerdale coronation street and eastenders as I missed them all from the first episode emmerdale especially so if you could have a channel on sky with the soaps that would be brilliant I know you can get old ones on other channels but when they began I missed them from the beginning you'd make a sky customer very happy here   Thanks in advance

Do we have release dates on the above six series?

Thanks , Dan

@Yoghurt Sky doesn't hold the rights to any of the soaps, unfortunately. It might be worth messaging the channels directly and tell them about your suggestion ðŸ™‚

Hi @Doc5907

Hijack - Next Wednesday (14th)

Dark Winds - 15th Feb (unless that's in USA)

No dates for any of the others but all claim to be returning with a new series at some point  I don't think Line of Duty has even started filming yet.

High Potential is back on Disney Plus so that is good.

Also have started both Atomic (Sky Atlantic) and English Teacher, and The Lowdown (Disney plus. I really like Ethan Hawke)

And the new season of Emily in Paris too.

It seems new series are coming quickly this year. Industry (Bbc), Tell Me Lies (Disney +) and School Spirits (Paramount +) all starting shortly too.

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺

We're currently binging our way through All Her Fault & Stranger Things S5. Not sure we need to look out for what's new in '26 as we have so much already in our various watchlists, some of which have been sitting there for ages. We do really like the Asian shows now available on all platforms, plus we have Rakuten Viki, which is dedicated to such programmes.

Does anyone else have a back catalogue of shows they never seem to get around to?

@KevNewMedia  Definitely impressed with Pictionary, it's one of the better games available. We've also played Boggle on Netflix, which also works well. I noticed a Lego game today, which I'll have a look at later. You should take a look, they're fun & quick to play if you have a bit of time to fill.

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺

Pretty sure neither of 2 sky originals mentioned are returning this year, 1 only begins filming in January and the other in March.

Hi @Timelord2018 You are no doubt correct but out of interest which Sky Originals are you referring to?
