What's your must watch shows? 📺

I have recently started watching all the Harlen Coben series on Netflix. 

I have watched 'The Stranger', 'Stay Close', 'Shelter' and 'Run away' has anyone else watched these? What are your thoughts? I am loving them my aim is to watch all 12 mini series. 

If you haven't seen these and love a crime drama 100% recommend! 

Also what is everyone thinking of the traitors if you are watching?

This years has been wild with all the twists and turns but my fav series has been the most recent Celebrity one. I thought that was brilliant 😀

Another traitors fan here, the next three episodes are going to be epic.

I wasn't sure a celebrity one would work at first but I was glad to be provided wrong as it was great.

Love The Traitors. It's so well put together. No spoilers but I really want the two current Traitors to go on and win it - they totally deserve to as they've played it brilliantly. 

BTW - please can a mod change the title of this thread from 'What's your must watch shows' to 'What are your must watch shows' - the bad grammar really annoys me.

@caesarome I will be on the edge of my seat for the rest of it i think! 

I was sceptical as well but then i saw the line up and thought this could be good but the celebrity one was tv gold for me i still giggle at clips i see online of Alan Car and Celia Imrie. I would class that series as TV Gold!

  For the Traitors fans out there, you only have to wait two days after the final has aired to start watching The Traitors Ireland on BBC Three at 9 pm, with E2 immediately afterwards. It is hosted by Siobhán McSweeney.

I see Shrinking is back on Apple Tv for third season which means I need to contemplate getting back a subscription to it (some other seasons I watched before have had recent seasons too on it)

I watched the first two seasons of it in December 2024. I'm more a slow watcher but I really binged it.

Some things I have been enjoying.

A thousand blows on Disney+. Was very slow to start and I also gave up with it, but stuck with it and now into S2 and really enjoying it.

Sandokan on Netflix. The first episode was so slow, but it's started to pick up. Not finding the acting of the best quality, but the plot and action is working well.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy on Paramount+. I love my Star Trek and be honest was not expecting much from this, but it's so far been a good watch for me. I'd say especially if your a hardcore Star Trek fan of the films, TV series and books, it may appeal more. It's in the Discovery era.
For me it works well and am enjoying it as my current new sci-fi fix until something else arrives.

The Abandons on Netflix.

Only watched a few episodes and so far as a Westerns genre fan in any form, it's so far been a good watch.

Recently I rewatched Godless, probaly the best Western series of the last decade, this Abandons of course is not a patch on something like that.

Think the plot maybe needs a kick, but maybe that will change through the upcoming episodes. The acting, well with two top stars is one of its plus points.

I also didn't have much hope for starfleet academy but am pleasantly surprised by how how much I'm enjoying it. Reminds me a bit of DS9 with all the stories based in one location.

Oh DS9, that for me is a 10/10 for every single episode.

Ive not watched that for many years. I must revisit it again.

Just added it to my Stream playlist, that will prompt me...
