This issue is still continuing Chicago PD S12 Ep6 has still the same issue after first ad break. When you fast forward the next ad break plays but then goes back to black screen. I thought this issue was being fixed 2 episodes ago

@Super+Anthony your issue is completely unrelated to this thread.

 

All the comments in this thread are related to a specific issue with watching the 2 most recent episodes od Chicago PD in HD on Glass and Stream.

Chicago fire serie 13 episode 6

Trying to watch both Chicago pd , black screen around 13min  for episode 5 and 6 plus Chicago fire series 13 episode 6 lost sound at 37min in .

Im paying money and can't watch the programs we really enjoy 

 SKY SORT IT OUT NOW OR I CANCEL

Yep same! Sky know about this I had a long discussion with them last night about various issues with sky stream and they are saying it's software issue and they are working init with NO time frame to be solved! Shame on sky. Seriously thinking of leaving hate stream. Not happy! Hope you get better answers.

I'll be calling them tomorrow then and getting some sort of answer and reduction in price then as can't watch the TV I want to watch.  Thanks 👍

It is incredidble that it is still not fixed for Sky Stream. I went round a friend's house and watched it on Sky Q on Wednesday but it is still broken on Sky Stream today. You would think that it would be downloaded from the same file on Sky's server. I suppose that it could be different as he doesn't have HD on his Sky Q.

The same problem also exits for today's Chicago PD (S12:E6). It goes black after 1st ad break onSky stream.

Black screen during main program but ads are normal all with sound

This started last week, Chicago PD starts ok until first ad break then after ads the program goes to black screen with sound until second ad break, picture returns for ads until program then returns to black screen with sound. This also happens on the live show aswell.

It appears the problem is only on Stream and not on Sky Q so why can't you fix it?
