Have moved your posts to this ongoing issue thread that other customers have reported here for the issue on Sky Q and Sky glass/Stream.

 

As others have done, we recommend reporting to by Sky by sending an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Still not heard anything form VR a yet.

 

But have just noticed that the UHD version of S5e12 episode is now playing fine. But, the HD version is still having the issue after 17 mins of playing.

So a slight fix for this episode.

Any idea when Chicago PD episode five season 12 screen is blank. Any idea when this might be fixed or how you can watch the rest of the program

BLACK SCREEN ON Chicago PD series 12 episode 5

I am trying to watch Chicago Pd episode from last night and the screen has gone black from about 15 mins in to programme

I'm also having the same issue, I thought it was my Internet, HDMI lead or Puck not working so I checked them all, even restarting my puck but still nothing. Everything else plays fine and i'm able to watch.

Im experiencing the exact same thing. Came out and watched an entire episode of ChicagoFD and then came back the ChicagoPD thinking it would reset something but no joy...that ChicagoPD episode is cooked for me too!
