Sky HD+ box - no satellite signal

OK this is driving me mad. In settings the signal strength for both feeds is strong, but the message says no signal. Have wiped, rebooted, set to signal and back, gone through every online process. Connected, disconnected, cleaned all leads. No break in lines to dish, no damage to dish. On start up I get the mini tv view for a bit, then it goes, can't access any stations.

presume box is on way out. Any other advice?

What does your signal strength show? The white part of all four bars should be at least half way across.
