Software restart fault
I need someone to help me with the setup of my new Sky tv . I have just moved over to sky today and it's not working which isn't a good experience for me . Please help me connect .
The engineer did a hard reset and it says it needs. Software update

You have posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ is a legacy package and new subscriptions haven't been available for a couple of years. So do you have Sky Q?
