@JSIM

So you've said, twice now, but unless you tell us what the issue is we can't help you.

Is that it? You're just telling other customers.....

Re: Customer service telephone number

Staying silent during a call doesn't help. I tried ringing three different numbers for sky today and the Virtual Assistant states they send a text for a number to call customer support which only puts you through to the same bloody Virtual Assistant

@EvansVilla ALL calls are initially answered by the same automated IVR system. Remaining silent when the IVR system asks why you're calling etc. should get you through to an adviser.

The VIrtual Assistant is an online help system, not the call answering IVR service.

@R.Crapnell

We can't. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

If you login to sky.com in a web browser  you can find this out

Once logged in - Top Right should be your name with a drop down which includes My Details

Edit :This  is also available by going via the MY SKY app on mobile & tablets by selecting the 'Person' Icon on the top left but this then  takes you to a web browser anyway

@Soniarose

You have added to a thread on the Sky+ board. Do you have Sky+?

Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish if it's a dish issue.

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.
