Message saying viewing card not authorised
Sky isn't working. The message on screen says that the viewing card is not authorised

Have you placed and perhaps cancelled, an order for Sky Q ?

I was going to upgrade..May, thought my sky box was faulty..infact was not so...was wall socket. Had electrician sorted socket. . canceled new packed within about 5 days. Yes was ok. They installed extra fast cable regardless.
- Then troubles started. Could not get catch up later could nor record . Have spoken to 3 separate sky personnel..they understood..would be sorted. Has not been done .
- I have stopped payment as told to last sky personnel. His reply was I should have had a new card.. which I haven't had nor knew about. He said one would be sent. No it has not.
- Get messages re make ppayment on regular basis.
- Have Been customer since November 2009.
- Dreadful treatment by them.
- Keep asking for help on the messages keep failing

@PP15 Sky won't talk to you until you sort out the overdue payments and reinstate your direct debit. Meanwhile you're still being charged.
You do need a replacement Viewing Card which should be easy to resolve.
