Message saying viewing card not authorised

Sky isn't working. The message on screen says that the viewing card is not authorised

I was going to upgrade..May,  thought my sky box was faulty..infact was not so...was wall socket. Had electrician sorted socket.  . canceled new packed within about 5 days. Yes was ok. They installed extra fast cable regardless.

  • Then troubles  started. Could not get catch up later could nor record  . Have spoken to 3 separate sky personnel..they understood..would be  sorted.  Has not been done .
  • I have stopped payment as told to last sky personnel.  His reply was I should have had a new card.. which I haven't had nor knew about. He said one would be sent.  No it has not.
  • Get messages  re make ppayment on regular basis.
  • Have Been customer  since November 2009.
  • Dreadful treatment by them. 
  • Keep asking for help on the messages  keep failing

@PP15 Sky won't talk to you until you sort out the overdue payments and reinstate your direct debit. Meanwhile you're still being charged.

 

You do need a replacement Viewing Card which should be easy to resolve.
