ever since i swapped my handset i have been unable to access my piggy bank... it tells me to link my id but that brings up an error message. and all i can see is the new deals to buy. im worried about sending back my old handset until this is resolved

When I then log in and select mobile all that I can see is phones for sale. It asks me to link existing account but when I do that it says there has been an error

Ever since advisor put wrong mobile deal on current SIM I have been getting wet are having technical error whenever try to rollover data and can't access my TV and broadband bill but get mobile 1 no problem. Have phoned sky 4 times and still can't get this fixed getting to the point going to leave and go elsewhere it's beyond the joke
