i can't access piggy bank or link my account since i swapped my handset

ever since i swapped my handset i have been unable to access my piggy bank... it tells me to link my id but that brings up an error message.  and all i can see is the new deals to buy.  im worried about sending back my old handset until this is resolved

All you should need to do is to install the MySky app and login to it with your usual main details, so what is happening when you do this ?

When I then log in and select mobile all that I can see is phones for sale.  It asks me to link existing account but when I do that it says there has been an error

we get a 'technical  error' message everytime we try
