S25 Ultra

My son and I both bought the samsung s25 ultra with the buds 3 and the watch 7 as a bonus. I have recieved my accessories but he has only recieved the watch and not the buds. Will these be sent seperately to him or did they forget to include them with his watch, as mine came together. He purchased his phone 4 days before me.

It says it's been delivered but the ear buds aren't showing up on the device management page but it did on mine.
