I have had this number with sky for approx 5 months - during this period I have repeated weekly calls and messages from people I don't know who are attempting to contact what I believe to be the previous owner of my telephone number. More recently I had an aggressive phone call with a gentleman who has claimed I have stolen his mothers phone.
i have also been receiving text messages from an ACI (a debt collection company) addressed to another persons name (possibly previous owner of my number) asking them to pay their outstanding Sky Mobile.
This morning I have now received a text message from Sky saying a bill of £1667.86 will be taken from my account on the 20th February. However, when I log into my Sky Mobile account it says my £49 has already been paid and there is no mention of the £1667.86.
i suspect there has been a cross over between owners of this number and I need this to be sorted as it's becoming labourios.
Any assistance is much appreciated.
