I am having issues with my Sky app. Has it recently had an update? When I try to roll data it says "error, try again later". There are no options to buy data anymore? It also no longer says how many days until my data resets? It also says I am now not on Sky VIP and says "join" when I have been on VIP for last few years. Help please?

Yes I tried this and I deleted the app and reinstalled it.
With the new update can you tell me where to find to buy more data? It's disappeared.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Gemmamulvy open the my sky app, tap on the sim you want to top up then two options pop up, the left one is roll data and the right one is manage sim. Tap on that then manage settings then change data plan and it's in there.
